Mum’s Potato and Bacon Hash2014-06-13

This is a family favourite that goes with pretty much every meal.
The fact the we couldn’t even wait until I’d finished taking photos to eat it shows you how much the family love it.
- 100g Bacon (diced)
- 5 Medium potatoes
- 1/2 Capsicum
- 1 Onion
Chop up the potatoes and capsicum to bite sized pieces.
Throw the bacon in a hot fry pan and cook it for about a 2 minutes (Until it starts to pop and spit)
Add the Onion, potatoes and capsicum. Cook these for a few more minutes until you get some colour on the sides of the potatoes.
Cover and turn down the heat. Cook these for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are nice and soft.
Serve and enjoy.
