Damn easy breakfast to make and as long as your oven is big enough you can make as many as you want at once. This is one of the best and easiest breakfasts you can make for a large group. You will look like a pro with next to no effort.

Plus it actually comes from one of those Jenny Craig style diets so it is quite healthy too. Definitely healthier than the standard bacon and egg you are used to cramming down your pie hole.



  • Proscuttio slices
  • Eggs
  • Cooking Oil, Spray


Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180 , then spray a cupcake/muffin tin with the oil.

Step 2

Place a slice of prosciutto around the edges of each one then crack and egg over the top.

Step 3

Place in the hot oven for 15 minutes.
