Sick of eating chicken nugget sandwiches? Do you have that someone special coming over (not special enough to cook something proper) and you only have an onion, capsicum and chicken nuggets in the fridge?

It takes only 20 minutes to make and nobody will know you’re a poor excuse for a man. It even has vegetables so you can say your’re eating healthily… kinda.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Nuggets - as many as you like
  • 1 onion - chopped
  • 1 capsicum - chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic - crushed
  • 1 tsp grated ginder
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil

Method

Step 1

Cook the chicken nuggets as directed and quarter them. (usually 10 - 15 minutes in oven at 180C)

Step 2

Heat a wok over a high heat and fry onions, garlic and ginger for 3 minutes.

Step 3

Add capsicum and fry for 3 minutes

Step 4

Add tomato sauce, soy sauce and chilli sauce. Stir to coat.

Step 5

Add chicken nuggets and fry for 2 minutes. Stirring to coat with sauce.

Step 6

Serve with rice and a side of awesomeness.
